Informative and kind employees!
Wonderful hotel, breakfast was satisfactory, brilliant location opposite St Stephens's Cathedral. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus a private safe, a minibar and central heating. The breakfast with StStephan view.

The room was comfortable and spacious.
There needs to be more power outlets and USB ports near the desk in the room.

The evening restaurant is recommendable, a little too expensive, but very good quality and very attentive and good service! Sorry, there is nothing more good to report. Super location with a great view of St. Stephen's Cathedral, but much too expensive!
The hotel garage is a bit difficult. Reception staff inattentive and not helpful. Room too narrow and cramped. The corridors to the rooms are much too dark, it is best to bring your own flashlight. The breakfast offer is outrageous (a card from which you can choose something without always knowing what quantity is behind the description, but for that every "crumb" has to be paid, here you can feel and smell the stinginess!), even a bread roll is not allowed to choose and take and a slice of bread is cut off for the guest, no matter if the service can cut a fresh bread and how thick and crooked the slice is then! If they only want strawberry jam, they get a set of several different kinds of jam, which they all have to pay for, unfortunately the jams are in very small jars and are only enough for one half of a bread roll. When I asked why this is so with the breakfast concept, the answer, a sustainable concept for breakfast! And why is there not at least one example shown, so that you can at least see what you can expect (the eye is also included) especially with so many cooks in the morning?

I enjoyed the views very much and the proximity to all the restaurants and shopping. The room service was also of very high quality. Thestaff was attentive and pleasant.
We could certainly use a closet in our room. There was virtually no storage to unpack into for our five day four night stay. Also we found the bar beautiful but incredibly smoke filled and would suggest a better ventilation system or limiting access to smokers:)

Curiosity got me
The location is unbeatable! My stay was marked by the charm of Stephansplatz. The room was cozy with a lovely city view. Staff were attentive and shared valuable dining tips. Breakfast options around were good, especially Aida's. Despite some noise and the reception layout, my experience here was thoroughly enjoyable. Can't wait to return!

Very friendly staff, hotel is very clean, the bar had a great atmosphere in the evening. Location of hotel perfect for seeing central Vienna, no need to catch taxis or trains.
I think the entrance could be improved. The ground floor looks as if it could be a corridor in a train station - not good first impression. This could put people off if they walk in from the street, therefore not even attempting to go to the 6 floor where Reception is located!

The location is amazing...its absolutely in the center of everything. Dinner was excellent.
Dining staff was indifferent and unattentive...almost as if they were "too cool" or not well trained. Because of the location, a taxi or car cannot come to the front of the hotel therefore you must carry your luggage to the hotel through the square. On the first floor, there is no bellman or staff person to receive you or help with you with your luggage...a system should be devised to ring for help

Couple looking for a nice getaway
The bar on the 6th floor was a hit, friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, despite it being busy!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? It was still acceptable.
